There is a $100 pet deposit + $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $15 per month per pet. There is a weight limit of 65 pounds and aggressive breeds are prohibited such as chow chow, rottweiler, pit bull, bullmastiff, presa canario and doberman pinscher.
